The Room Master system is ideal when staff members need to see what room is currently available. Instead of having staff constantly checking on available rooms, you simply install a small RM9503 transmitter in each room. As a patient is finished, the doctor/nurse simply presses the "Page" button, and a staff member is alerted. That staff member concludes the appointment and releases the patient. When the room is clean, the cleaner presses the "Available" button, which informs the staff that this room is available. As the next patient is escorted to the room, the coordinator changes the room status from "Available" to "Occupied" and the process starts again.
