The Bulldog™ is a very-low-power transmitter that mounts above a doorway and notifies employees that they are leaving with a pager. The unit is self-contained and does not require a 110V outlet. When a person wearing a pager walks through a door where a Bulldog is mounted, that person's pager starts beeping. This alert method assures a business owner that all pagers are returned back to the charger each night instead of going home with an employee or guest. The owner can program the size of the area protected by The Bulldog. Traditionally, clip-on pagers have been costly because many people forget that they have them on their belts, in their purses, etc. Managers and business owners that use The Bulldog are seeing a dramatic drop in the loss rate of their clip-on pagers.

The Bulldog can also be programmed to work with guest pagers. Whenever the guest leaves with a pager, it will activate. This will not stop someone trying to steal a pager, but it will remind a person who has forgotten to return it.
